Customers can recharge their account either through IVR or WEB
Steps to Recharge Through Web
  • Login using your username/password at http://broadtel.broadlink.com.np/
  • Go to “ Add Payment ” option
  • Enter the Voucher No. printed on your card and click on “Add Payment”.
  • Your account will be recharged immediately.
Steps to Recharge Through IVR
  • Gently scratch the shaded area in the reverse side of the calling card.
  • You will find the Voucher No.
  • Dial 000# and enter the Voucher no. when prompted . Your account will be recharged.
  • Dial 012# for balance enquiry.
