| Process for Web Activation is : |
- Fill and submit the New IP Phone Registration form for IP Phone Activation.
- The Serial Number can be found on the reverse of the IP Phone.
- Your IP Phone will be activated and you will recieve an email about your login credential in the registered email within 1 working day.

| Process for Call Center Activation is : |
- Call 1660-01-21000 and provide your credentials along with the MAC ID and Serial Number of the IP Phone.
- The Serial Number can be found on the reverse of the IP Phone.
- Your IP Phone will be activated and you will recieve an email about your login credential in the registered email within 1 working day.
- After activation,Dial the desired destination number . You need to dial “ country code + number ”. ( E.g. If you are calling UK number ‚ you need to dial “ 44 982737647 ” )
